Can anyone recommend a good bike rack for a TJ?

I don't have a tow hitch reciever, don't want one.

I like the look of the single-pillar kind that mount to the hub of the spare tire, but don't they make any that swing-away when not in use? Making the jeep 2' longer really erases a lot of its easy-parking value around here.

I personally have this one and my road bike deserves it.

You just don't have much choice if you don't have a trunk space like sedan, and have spare tire sticking out like that without a hitch.
