OK... I hope you all are going to be giving me advice...
I have been asked to test out some tires for a company (name to be stated in new thread)
What are some things you would like to see in a right up???
I plan on doing something around every 500 miles or so...
SOME SUGGESTIONS!!!
- Grip Factor
- Side Wall Strength
- On Road Handling
- Aggressiveness Compared To Others
Street:
- Tread depth measurements at even mileage increments. Say every 2500 miles.
- Wet weather/snow traction.
- Noise level in town and on the highway.
Offroad:
- How the tread cleans out in the mud.
- Aired down performance.
- Whether they chunk on the rocks.

Kind'a hard not knowing if they are AT, mud or what. Here's some of the general things I look at when looking at tires.
Street:
Tread depth measurements at even mileage increments. Say every 2500 miles.
Wet weather/snow traction.
Noise level in town and on the highway.
Offroad:
How the tread cleans out in the mud.
Aired down performance.
Whether they chunk on the rocks. |

I'd like to see an on/off road tire that has different compounds and lug patterns for on and offroad traction.
With large soft lugs on the outside and a small lug center section with a harder compound.
When people like me lower the air pressure it would let the larger outside lugs come into play off road and when the air pressure is up to 30 or so the harder center section would be in contact with the street and the outside would not be a factor. |

They look a lot better than the tires you have on the jeep right now.
Your MPG is going to suffer... |

They do look good, just get a rattle can and give each one of
those lead balance weights a shot of black.
how do you like them so far? |

now if i am not mistaken, that tread looks like a BFG Mud terrain tire.
If so, everyone in this town goes hog wild for them and singing their praises!
good tire right there. |
